About Catherine Payne

I am passionate and enthusiastic about anything related to real estate! I am a full-time, licensed real estate salesperson. I have a bachelor's degree in history and I originally come from Britain so I've had great opportunities to travel and learn; I am am always looking to grow in my field! I enjoy working with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants.

I have a million dollar sales volume and I have multiple memberships to MLS systems, including both the OneKey MLS system serving Orange, Rockland, Westchester, New York City and Long Island, and the Paragon MLS system for Ulster County.

Within Curasi Realty I am a member of our company Training Department where I get to work alongside other fantastic agents to teach and train other real estate professionals to be the best agents they can be and to deliver the best service to their clients. My class is focused on equipping agents to work with the Military by walking them through our Military on the Move Program. I also have the privilege and responsibility of mentoring new agents as they begin and develop their careers.

Living in and working in the Hudson Valley gives me a fantastic opportunity to give back to my community. I spearhead our Holiday Family Sponsorship Program which is designed to give struggling families support at Christmas time. I am also involved in the yearly Veteran’s Cemetery Clean Up in Orange County, and fundraising and support for the American Heart Association.
